Last updated: July 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Apex Meridian website, membership platform, courses, or advisory services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Service

Apex Meridian provides an educational and business intelligence platform for licensed healthcare practitioners and clinical practices operating in peptide therapy, functional medicine, and related advanced health fields. Services may include educational courses and training materials, membership tiers with varying levels of access (Core, Professional, Elite VIP), consulting and advisory sessions with independent advisors, risk management and insurance resources, and related tools and content.

3. Not Medical Advice

Content provided through the Services, including courses, protocols, and advisory sessions, is for educational and business informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for the independent clinical judgment of a licensed healthcare provider. Apex Meridian does not practice medicine, does not treat patients, and does not create a provider-patient relationship with any user. Each member remains solely responsible for complying with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and standards of care in their own practice.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

Use of the Services may be limited to licensed healthcare practitioners and authorized staff of clinical practices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Membership and Billing

Membership plans (Core, Professional, Elite VIP, and any other plan offered) are billed according to the terms presented at signup. Plans may renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Contact us for questions about billing, cancellation, or refunds.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse or resell course content and materials without authorization, misrepresent your credentials or licensure, use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including courses, protocols, written materials, and the Apex Meridian name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Apex Meridian and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members receive a limited, non-transferable license to access content for their own professional use.

8. Advisory and Consulting Services

Booking a consultation through the Services connects you with an advisor. Apex Meridian does not guarantee outcomes from any advisory session and is not responsible for the advice given during independent advisory sessions.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Apex Meridian does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete, accurate, or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Meridian and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Termination

Apex Meridian may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Apex Meridian is registered to do business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
